Would it be possible to create a script that  could convert a msg plus plugin into a msg plus live script?

Some plugins could indeed be wrapped up in a script, but most of the more advanced plugins can't,m due to reliances on APIs not exposed in the scripting system. I know for a fact that both StuffPlug-NG and Phoenix cannot be wrapped in a script.
