Option 1 - If you want to back up your sounds, go to Plus! > Sound Library, then export the soundpack. Save it to your computer, then import it when you need to.

Option 2 - Alternatively,

So you could save them files, but it's much easier to do Option 1.

Last ¿?, when i import the soundpacks, the program tells me i need a FTP or a http dir for import the soundpacks, whta i have to do??

Well you don't need to T_T
I have imported few soundpacks and it never asked for something like that. Do you have a screenshot or something?
