Its possible to introduce information about one of my contact in the new msn live plus as the previous versions?

I don't understand what your saying? What do you mean '[Is it] possible to introduce information about one of my contact[s]' ?

Please also note, Messenger Plus! isn't made by MSN.

I mean to introduce information about a contact, I used to be able to do it, like say who is this...

No, not with the current version. This might be added back in in a later versions when Patchou has the time.

I miss that too btw.

He means the notes you can add to the individual Contact Information Panels.

WLM has a feature similar to this. Just right click on a contact in the contact list and click "Edit Contact." In this window, there is a tab for "Notes" that works the same as Plus'! notes function.

how do I get my old notes back after i upgraded to plus live? Where are they stored? I really need them

I miss the extra notes field in the contact information panel of Plus!... Ideally, it would be the same contents as the WLM one, but there should at least be a notes textbox there.

If you've simply upgraded (and not uninstalled Plus!3 with the option to also remove all your settings), the notes for your contacts can be found in the registry under the key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Patchou\MsgPlus2\your .NET Passport\Contacts\hash of specific contact\Notes
