Hey when iam in msn meggenger plus 3 every 3 mins i get this     "the procedure entry point WSCUpdateProvider could not be located in the dynamic link library WS2_32.dll." please help me

Try uninstalling both MSN Messenger and Messenger Plus! 3
Start > Control Panel (the classic view) > Add or Remove programs
Then select Messenger Plus! 3, and uninstall it, do the same for MSN Messenger...
Then redownload and install MSN Messenger, and then after Messenger Plus!

It seems that you have a problem with your Winsock DLL. I suggest you disable the POP3 feature in Plus!, that way, you won't getb the error message anymore.

I have been getting the entry point error as well. I have uninstalled previous versions of MessengerPlus as well as uninstall MSN Messenger. Despite reinstalling MSN Messenger Version 7.0 (build 7.0.0816), the error persists.

I am currently running Win2K.

Please advise.
