O.P. [request] open /close window or session notifier for vista

Yes I downloaded both open notifier and the other one and after downloading both it says: error importing files, and i cant even install them.
I'm using vista .
Is there any other scripts for vista ??
I'm desperate to have this script, even if it doesnt work properly, i dont care, i just want it !!!
