Hey there , im new here on the forums , but not new to Messenger Plus .... Is there any way to disable Messenger Plus shortening the event log names ? I need the full names , not just " blah blah .......... " Can anyone help me ? I never had a problem with Messenger Plus 3 !

There is an option that says something like "Turncate contact names longer than __ number of lines"... It's something like that... I can't check as I'm not on my regular computer with MsgPlus! But I hope you can find the one I'm talking about.

it probably is truncate btw, before he comes back saying he can't find it

Thanks for the replies. But thats the thing, it only counts for the conversations apperently, cause i have the option turned off ( It was off before too ) but it still shortens the names in the event log

The setting mentionned above only affect chat logs, not event logs.
An internal setting will be added for that in the next version, meanwhile, you can chose to save your event log in xml, the problem won't happen then.
