does anyone know where i can find the 7.5 sounds, as in signing in, new msg alerts etc. my friend would prefer to use them above the WLM sounds.

1. Install 7.5.
2. Copy sound files somewhere safe.
3. Instal WLM.
4. Set saved sounds in WLM.

no, its a pain having to install and reinstall

isnt there an easier way? does anyone know where i can find these sounds uploaded on the net?

Tell you what: when I get home tonight, I'll zip the sounds and post them here. I've got Messengers 7.0, 7.5 and 8.0 installed.

I checked the type.wav and online.wave against what my WLM has (expecting a difference) but apparently it was the same .  RaceProUK do you think you could post the WLM ones too for me please?

The WLM sounds are in WMA format, not WAV, and they do sound a little different.
