Lets say you are chatting with me on messenger and you have a display picture
I can save it by tyrping /savedp
picture will be saved as your email address
now, lets say that you changed your display picture while we are talking
I wont be able to save the new picture as if I again used /savedp, it will over write the previous one, so I have to rename the old saved in order to have them both..
What should I add to the script to add time and date for example to the picture name so each picture have its own unique name..
