Hi

I install Windows Live Messenger build 8.0.0792.00 (the most recent available) it runs fine.

Then i install Messenger Plus! Live 4.01 and now whenever i try to run WLM, the connection icon appears in the system tray, and the program just shuts down before it even connects.

When i uninstall MP!L the problem disappears and WLM loads normally.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both programs numerous times, with the same result. I have tried closing every running program possible, cleaning my registry, etc. etc. Nothing seems to work, help!

nope, still no luck....downloaded and reinstalled latest versions a while ago, and the saaaame problem
