O.P. Connect VB app to MySQL database?
Just wondering. Is it possible for an application created in Visual Basic 6 to connect and collect data from a MySQL database?

I know how to connect to an Access database, but what about MySQL? Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance

Seems like the site is not working now? Getting a permission error.

Any other ideas?

MySQL ODBC Connector (MSI Version)

Download this, it should allow you to add a MySQL DSN via the Microsoft ODBC Data Sources dialog.
