im using email clients such as incredimail...and outlook
and im using windows live mail..
but these email clients.. dont recognize my.. windows live mail account
with the following serveru url : http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp

could anyone ggive me the coreect server url for windows live mail if this 1 s wrong

The only mail client that can read Windows Live Mail is Windows Live Mail Desktop, unless you have a paid-for MSN/WLM Premium account.

doesnt that show that outlook express recognises windows live mail. but if i use the hotmail server it doesn recognize it

As raceprouk pointed out, access to your Hotmail account from Outlook (Express) is a function only people who pay for Windows Live Mail actually get to use:
