i tried doing it in flash using this tutorial...

but it doesnt work.

i want to start off with a circle, and end with a sort of splat shape.... i can make the shapes, but the steps it talks about with the shape tweening dont work at all... they dont have the same outcome...

can anyone give me anytip of morhping shapes... is there a better program to use? any flash tips?

Nothing will have the same outcome! You'll need to do a lot of tweaking until it's done to your liking
