Is there a script that the event viewer can only appear in conversation windows and nowhere else [so it doesnt annoy me while im on ie, ff wmp ect.

i want it so it only appears like this:

I know that you can make it a child window of the ChatWnd and then position it, but i'm not sure how to get the Handle for the event viewer window and it might not be the best way to go about it (Don't wanna be told I'm wrong again )
