Dear all, i lost some of my contacts a week ago when i logged on using WLM 8.0 in my company, no idea why. And then just now when i logged on using MSN 7.5 at my own house, i lost some more contacts. Does anyone know why this is happening? Please help!

Are you sure they just didn't take a while to download? Or that your allow list isn't too full? (Limit is 600).

when you sign in if your contact list dosent load up then double click on the messenger icon on ur computer. The one that goes onto quick launch. I hope it works. I'm glad to help.

Anyway, the problem has nothing to do with whether the contact list is visible or not: it's to do with how many contacts are on it.
