I have Messenger Plus Live but it won't let me see the colour in my own name or in other people's names. If I go to Plus on the toolbar it has a section called "Software not loaded" & when I click on it, it says an error occurred which prevented it from downloading properly. I've uninstalled it a few times & downloaded it again but it still won't work.

Any suggestions?

OK have you cleared you temporary Internet files each time you went to download Messenger Plus! ?

Also, do oyu have anything like sweetim or smiley central installed? If yes, remove it. If you had it previously run a search th make sure no traces have been left behind.

Yeah, I usually clear my temporary internet files anyway & nope, I don't download things like that.

It's ok now anyway. I'm just usin the other MSN...without windows live or anythin. Easier
