I download the Windows Messenger Plus! Live and go through the installation. However when it loads back up my Windows messenger there is no Windows Messenger Plus! Live icon anywhere to be found. Please help me

If you are using SmileyCentral or SweetIM uninstall that and try again.

If not that then you most likely have programs running wich prevent writing in the registry or you tried to install it on an account without admin priviledges. In that case close down that program and or if you are not sure wich program and/or wether or not your windows account has enough priviledges reboot into safe mode and try to install on the account called "administrator".

I Dont have SmileyCentral or SweetIM on my control panel. And im on the Admin account.

Have you tried to look at this???

try searching you computer if you them previously, sounds like you had it installed previously.

If worst comes to worst remove both WLM and Plus! delete the Folders "MSN Messenger" and "Messenger PLus! Live" in C:\Program Files\ and then reinstall both, if that doesn't help, do it in safe mode by holding F8 during startup and selecting Safe Mode.

Windows Messenger or Windows Live Messenger? If Windows Messenger, Messenger Plus! Live is not compatible with Windows Messenger (because MP!L is made for WLM, hence the name Plus! Live)

I mean Windows Live Messenger.
When i open Windows Live Messenger There is no Messenger Plus! Live.
