what is the problem?

Do not click 'Open' when you try to download it.

Instead save it to the desktop by downloading it to the desktop then open it by double clicking .

I have already tried that.. it doesn't work.. the same messege appeared

Try deleting anything in the Messenger Plus! Live scripts folder then retry.

To reach the folder:

My Computer
(Drive you have Plus! installed to, usually C)
Program Files
Messenger Plus! Live
Scripts

Even if the files there are corrupt (which they aren't, because they aren't yet installed in the first place), they will be overwritten anyways with what you install the next time, so it wouldn't solve anything.

there are some files that I can download.. I don't understand why the others doesn't work

If you tried Cookies stuff and it didn't work I'd just go and uninstall MSN and Messenger Plus..go and delete it's folders.. check the register for any left behinds then install it again and it should all work
