Is your mouse wired? I recently bought a w/less mouse from the local computer shop, it's not a well known brand, probably doesn't sell well, so doesn't have enough money for research into the drivers :undecided:. Every once in a while it decides to be quite stubborn about where I want it to go.*-)

Check your screensaver timer settings (the number of minutes till the ss activates). Might be set to 1 minute for some reason. Assuming it takes one minute to load up all your stuff after login.

As for the mouse, try updating the drivers. If that doesn't work, try cleaning the optical lens on the bottom of it. That being done if your mouse is optical, of course :)

yep, it sometimes goes so crazy that it keeps going up and down on the side of the screen randomly/repeatedly clicking for itself.
