"Never give out your password or credit card number in an instant message conversation."
I know its suppose to go away after loggin in and out 5 times... But its not anyway to force it to quit?

I remember reading somewhere that you could change the text that appears, but I'm unsure what you have to do exactly, if I find anything I will update this post.
EDIT: from a quick google search and a look at my registry, it seems that microsoft do not keep this as a registry setting anymore and you would probably have to patch a dll. I hope someone else can help you with this as I do not trust myself giving this kind of advice as I'm not confident about it.

I was able to open some another lang.dll and delete it but the little icon still comes up.

Thats not working. I'm on a new windows installation now and its still doing it.

PS: Although you can't change the text anymore (not stored anymore in the registry), you still can manipulate the count.

Actually you can edit the message and I have just use resource hacker to open language dll.

See my linked post, the text was stored in the registry before, now it isn't anymore. Hence why I said you can't edit it anymore (without altering the program itself, which not everybody is able to do)
