This might be a stupid question but anyways. Right now I'm using MSN Messenger 7.5 and I'm thinking of installing WIndows Live Messenger but I just want to make sure first if all my display pics, emoticons and other customized features will get carried through to the newever version. Will they? *-)

Yes, they will. I have known some people, however, who lost some emoticons. But don't worry- it usually always works.

With me it worked,

I installed live without uninstalling 7.5, if you uninstall 7.5 then install live (8.0) i dont think it will work.

Wast, ok perfect. Thanks for the quick reply :)

Pepsimax, just to confirm, I shouldn't be uninstalling 7.5 first? *-)

It doesn't make a difference, your settings will still remain :).
