Before I installed the 8.1 version of WLM, I could recieve messages from mobile devices, and send them to mobile devices from my computer.
Now, it says the same people that I messaged before no longer can recieve messages. I'm stumped on this one, and have checked and double checked their number, and they have assured me they can still recieve such messages from their other friends.
