[color=black][b]Well,I realy need help...in my msn all my contacts appear off-line all the time,wile I know that some of them are on-line!This is happening the last 2 days.
    I have : windows xp~windows live messenger 8.1!messenger plus! 3.63

       please give me some information to find the solution

Have you changed anything the last few days? Like firewall or something?

Not related to the problem but for Windows Live Messenger you should get Plus!Live not Plus!3. No need to uninstall Plus!3 tho, infact you better leave it installed as Plus!Live will take settings from it where posssible on installing.

I think you might need to clear your browsers cache, because basically, msn uses internet explorer to connect to the internet.

all you have to do is go to in internet explorer >>tools>>internet options or options>>delete cookies and or delete files

This might work
