Just notices few problems with the Hebrew translation and I see they weren't fixed in this version, so I fixed them here.
Problems:
1. Quick emoticons panel option was in english.
2. Play sounds when busy option was messed up.
3. Change log link: well, change is a noun, not a verb here
P.S. Updated my nick to TF (The_Joker) in the about window.
