I use Now Playing script... I also translated it in italian... but I haven't understand some its functions..

For example, if I use Winamp, in my PSM appears this string:

  I'm listening: TITLE - [ARTIST] - ALBUM

If I use Windows Media Player, all song information don't appear... So it is:

  I'm listening: - [] -

I correctly select the player that provides song information... why?? Can anyone help me?

also it sometimes decides not to input the album for me

can you verify that the id3 tag information is present within the file you are playing?

Yes the WMP plugin is enabled and ID3tag too beacause if I don't use Now Playing, song informations appear normally..

...and I as well (I always have full ID3 tags in all my songs including album art )

I noticed it seemed to be happening more on songs where the artist and album are the same eg a self titled album
