Hiya all. Just a quick question about personal messages. can a persaonal message be directed at just 1 contact in your contacts list. if the message is in the format xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx ~~ xxx xxx xxx the message after the ~ can it be seen by all or just the 1 contact??
