In the MSN, when I click my pic, it should show the information about myself;however, since last day, this function have gotten a trouble. When I clicked my pic, then my msn crashed. Nevertheless, when I click other people's, the function is normal. Also, when I remove Messenger Plus, the problem does not exit any more. So, I think it should be something wrong with Messenger Plus

Are you using other Messenger add-ons or patches? If you are using them, remove all of them including Messenger Plus!, then install only Messenger Plus! Check again.

Did you install Messenger Plus! on that last day, or did you install it before that last day? What did you do to your computer on that last day...any program installed??

thx, I remove the Msg+ Messenger Plus. and download the U.S version of MSN. Then install it again. Now, it's normal

if you have any scripts installed with Plus!, disable them (and let us know )

Now , the same problem happens again. Moreover, this time I am sure my system is clean because I format my C: drive, and re-install XP operation
. MY MSN only have main msn program and Messenger Plus, No any other add-on
I think it's not my problem. Remove msn plus, then everything is fine. After installed msn plus, then the problem comes.

OK a couple of questions...

1) are you using any scripts?
2) what virus and firewall software are you using?

scripts?? what does scripts mean? I  think I don't have any scripts

virus software: NOD32. Firewall: windows built-in  firewall
