Well my steam updates the platform from 1 - 100% but then displays this error message.
I cant find nothing on the steam website or anywhere on the internet. I hope you guys can help.

I know the problem, You are missing a file "UseOfflineModechosen" I would suggest you re-install steam. Post back here if problem still goes on, i have a few other ideas.

Np, its just that sometimes files in your steam file gets deleted so you have to re-install and it fixes it
