Fixes a security issue. Fixed for those who can't use any other version because they're on pre-XP .

My predictions were correct, but I am surprised Microsoft fixed this so quickly.

I'm not. They just needed some excuse to "force" Xp and Vista users to finally get 8.1

Since I'm still using Windows 2000 I'm stuck with little ol' 7.0 and until Microsoft "forces" those of us on pre XP systems I'm staying 7.0.0816 (or until I feel like getting A-Patch for 7.0.0820 or the Mess Patch once it comes out)

Made the mistake of upgrading my laptop so it's 7.0.0820. Thanks Ahmad for the A-Patch.
