Yes, that's exactly the kind of problem that I'm having...when I try to sign on live msn, it says to install new version, I clicked ok and started the dowloading...in the middle of downloading it frozed and didn't finished the download. so I went to add and removed then removed msn so I can start from scratch but I'm still having problem installing the windows live messenger
Please, tell me where to go to delete "C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger"so I can start reinstalling the windows live messenger
