i have installed the new version of msg plus live, but now i've got two problems.

first one:
the tabs are highlighted although my contacts haven't written anything to me. i don't know how to describe this "problem", so i've uploaded a screenshot. i think it's clearer then what i mean.

second problem: the chat window gets maximized when i minimize/close all the other windows. but i don't know whether it has to do with new version of plus live...


otherwise the new version is perfect, thanks again to patchou

from the first screenshot i can't see anything wrong with it.


And the maximising could be your OS.
when i had XP SP2. it kept maximising windows when I minised windows.

They don't look highlighted... Are they flashing?

no, in older versions they haven't looked so, look at the picture >>

can you see now the difference between old and new?

i seem to have the windows bug too...

how to reproduce:
1) have a chat window with multi tabs open and 1 other window (others can be just in the task bar... it doesnt matter
2) minimize chat window
3) minimize other window
4) contact window should reappear

and the tabs have been made lighter in this version of Messenger Plus Live. i have used the registry or the Script to change registry settings to make my tabs flash orange so i dont really care but yea...

ok and how can i make the tab buttons darker?
