Can somebody create a script which when I type e.g. /req will appear the Request Assistance thing but to connect to him not the guy/girl to connecto to me..thanks
If that script was even possible think of all the havoc it would cause e.g. people breaking into other peoples computers while they are still signed on and away. And besides the point you can't make script that does that.

it could be done...
have a script on both PCs so that when you send /req, the other returns an empty string and replies with /req (or another command) and then you can accept it from your end. It's not the best way to do it and you'd probably want password protection on it
