O.P. A little advice
Hey guys.

I'm sorry to do this, but I honestly don't know where to start, I figured that someone here will undoubtedly know something and might be able to help me out.

I dont want to write too much as usual, so the basic is I have a script which creates custom popups on my XBox when people sign in.  I'm looking to add more personal options such as certain contacts.

Ideally I'd like to be able to add contacts addresses into an .ini file under [always], [first time] and [never] to send popups depending on the group theyre in.  However having looked around I can't find anything for me to learn how to do an .ini, or even a .txt file taht I coulod use similarly.  I know I could do it in the script memory, but I want it to be more permanent settings (obviously could be changed from contact window).

Anyway, can anyone suggest anything to pull this off at all?  I'm open to any ideas, but my skill is pretty limited.

Cheers

RE: A little advice
Does it need to be a .ini or can it just be XML? PrefStore will do XML files.

If you need any help using it, I'll try my best. ;)

An .ini is just my preference, anything that works is good by me.  I'll have a look over and see what I can understand.
cheers mate :)
