Some one has frozen myh msn account what can i do?

How did they "freeze your msn account" ?

You mean type in your password wrong too many times or something? Can't you go on forgot password? Secret question?

If you mean in the same way as it was possible on older versions, I'm fairly confident this is not possible anymore
