I want to have my own paintbrush image in the contact screen but it don't work. How do you add it...

Do you mean within the contact list or the chat window?

If you mean the contact list, the resources you may need to edit are 1001,1004,1009

Ok it works but i have add it also to Picture Id 1441, When i go stand on the image with my mouse you see normaly a button but now only the picture is there but the button is gone.

If you checked it while you had only one or no contacts online, it happened because it is the invite button and so it was disabled because you couldn't invite anyone. Else, make sure the colorize is false and not true.

what version of messenger is this? You might want to take a look at how I replaced the Shopping trolly icon in mobile chat windows in Vistafy, if you download and install it open 920 Definition and Style .txt's and search (Ctrl+F) buycreditsbtn and see in the style file the ButtonIcon part for it, I had to rename the icon resource, you'll see what it was renamed too out of frustration mostly (some dodgyness of WLM) and reference it in the definition.

This way you can circumvent the RLE restrictions in 9.0 and 8.5 if necessary
