I have searched before posting. Found some topics with same issue but none with happy end.

My problem is the following:

I have too small (tiny) font when opening chat logs with plus log viewer. I know CTRL + "+", CTRL + scroll of the mouse... all that I tried. Don't even change the size.

In fact, I have some useful information about this. It's not just on plus, but somehow, all softwares that use something to render HTML (like built-in browsers) are having that issue.

Note: it's not my browsers problem (Firefox and IE), it's problem with built-in browsers or HTML renders.

I'm pretty sure it's common problem. For sure all those people that had this problem, don't have only with plus, so would help many people the solution for this. Hope anyone have some idea!

Changing the text size from Internet Explorer's menu solves the problem. For IE7, select Page from the menu bar, Text Size>Middle ,, or for IE6 View>Text Size>Medium.

I have this same error too. My default browser is Firefox. I have tried increasing firefox's default font size and it makes no difference. My Firefox version is 2.0.0.14. This also happens on my other PC that is Running firefox 3. 

I have also checked the font size in IE7 and it is set to medium

EDIT

Nevermind... i fixed it.... eventhough IE7 was set to medium, i changed it to large... exit out, then changed it back to medium and the problem was fixed

another way to increase the font size is to hold down the control key, and scroll up with the mouse wheel

you can also try pressing + or - on your keboard

Do not suggest to use <CTRL><+>, <CTRL><-> or <CTRL><MSCROLL> anymore. That will not work anymore from inside the Plus! Log Window.
