I have had an MSN login for almost a decade now.

this login name has the word lucky in it.

i am unable to log into ANY msn service using this name anymore.

I AM able to login using a different account.

i AM NOT able to create a new account with the word lucky in it, it says the username contains a phrase or word not allowed.

Does anyone have any insight as to why the word lucky has been banned from MSN accounts?

the error message i recieve is this:

"We're unable to retrieve information for this page at this time. We're sorry for the inconvenience, please try again later."

i have been getting this error for over a week now.

Ever tried contacting the customer service about that?

Also mention the fact that you can't create a new account with the word 'lucky' in it and that you strongly suspect it is a banned word; etc. Give as much details as possible...

really? i dont see anything special about the word 'lucky' for it to be banned, might check it out myself.
