But how do I install the first  script?

Go to thread I gave you, click on the "Download IPGet" and then double click the file you will have downloaded. Accept the warning and it should work.

Then I get a winrar file

Are you sure you have Messenger Plus! Live installed? It should appear as a script in the .plsc format.
