I've set all the UMargins to 3, colorize to false, but it still tiles them...

It works completely fine with Vistafy, and probably every other skin. So do I have to edit the UIFiles or something?

I think this can only be avoided with .msnrle's but only Willz has the tool to create them so you cannot do that. Vistafy is based on OpenLive with which you can change them properly. So you could base your skin on OpenLive if you want something like that. I tried replacing the images with my id's as in OpenLive but I didn't get it. You can try though if you don't want to use OpenLive. Good luck

yeah that is a random bug that occurs, the only way around it is to make those images into new resources so that messenger does not muck them up. It's a pain I know, but its the only workaround.

Ah, I see now. I'm going to have to edit all the styles files to have 590...etc. then. Oh well.

And as for OpenLive, my skin is not based on it at all, and to move it all over would take huge amounts of time out of working on the skin itself. I'd rather start a skin straight from OpenLive, than have to re-code everything.

An advice. Before you edit the styles, make a separate copy of your skin. When I tried to do it, I made something wrong and it didn't work and I had to undo all the style files. Fortunately, I had a copy of my skin but I lost some progress. So, be aware of that.

Well, I tried the styles editing, but it still won't work. Methinks maybe there is still UMargins involved?

Failing that, if someone could kindly have a look at the code and tell me what I have or haven't done? I've figured it out now, it was the UMargins ETA has just plummeted down now!
