hi,

my problem is about plus! live ... my msn live's versiyon is 8.5.1302.1018.

when i installed, 4.60.326 the messenger didn't work again, i took some error for this... i try to uninstall and install many time but it doesn't work...

i took "spooler subsystem app" error . when i uninstalled plus!, messenger started to work and i didn't take spooler error again..

what can i do?

system information;
microsoft windows xp pro
service pack 3

What exactly didn't work? Be as detailed and as clear as possible.

What is the exact error you got? Please post the exact error message as you see it on the screen. Even post a screenshot of it if possible.

when i clicked sign in button messenger was crashed (a window opened (send and don't send) ) when i clicked "don't send" button messeger is closed

i will reinstall xp this night... if i have any error i will write here

I very strongly suggest to always choose "Send".

This will help tracking errors down in Messenger (or with whatever program you got such a dialog). Such an error report dialog is there for a purpose: to help Microsoft fixing errors.

yes i solved the problem... the problem was my system... cause i reinstalled xp and the problem solved
