I think i found a bug on New WLM 9.0 Offical Beta.
What's New function sometimes show us appear offline peoples
It wrote "xxx change his/her personal messages", and he is offline when it wrote.
And i wrote him "hello" he replied me.

its showing latest news,not a bug.And noone knows Turkish here.

Also, those updates are rotating all the time, some of them are very old. Sometimes it seems to display events which occurred over a full day ago.

The is no way to tell how old the displayed message is. Messaging offline people and seeing if they reply always existed, the news feed doesn't add anything to this.
