O.P. wlm unable to runvideo and audio setup

Hello
I have the latest WLM. My cam is working, if i go to tools web cam setting it loads and you can clearly the cam pictures... however when i try to show my cam.. i get this error wlm unable to run video and audio setup

Can any body suggest?
