Problem with my tabbed chat

Hi, Whenever I on the tabbed chat system, When I get a pm from anyone in my contact, it doesn't blink anymore at the bottom of the taskbar when I get a pm???? Is it the Messenger Plus problem??

I am using the latest windows live version 2009, with Messenger Plus 479... also the latest one.... Can anybody help me with my problem??

Messenger Plus! Live is not yet compatible with the latest build of Windows Live Messenger 14 (sometimes named version 2009 or 9).
