O.P. Windows Live Messenger 9 RC1 doesn't flash

Anyone get this error? When you get a new message, the taskbar item doesn't flash unlike all previous MSNs. How would 1 go about fixing this?

Disable tabbed chats from MP!L

Turn off tabbed chats in Messenger Plus! Live for now (Plus > Preferences & Options > Conversations > Tabbed Chats)
