I'm getting this problem - I can't remember when/why it started happening because it was over a week ago and i've not been on the computer until now.

I launch the application and this message appears, WLM does not open but the tray icon appears, Then I double click the tray icon its up and I carry on as normal.

Any ideas =/ I've tried removing, reinstalling.

the file it is referring to there is a core windows system file, and should be located in C:\Windows\System32

Make sure you have installed at least Service Pack 2 if you're running XP. If you have Vista, there's no reason why it shouldn't work.
