I was searching MSN skins today.
then i found these two ones.

and I am more interested in the screenshot because look at those messengers,their nicknames and PSM are so gorgeous. not only the font but also the background of the nick has also been changed to kinds of colors.   (especially in the second link)

so, How can I realize this effect? any definite script or tool?

I dont get your point. Skins have nothing to do with contacts' names or pms. The contacts are just using format codes. So, what else do you want to know?

they even change nickname background color....

The background code is.. [a=colour code] Name [/a]
Example: [a=1] Moh [/a]
