I have just updated to the latest MSN Messenger.

I would like to sort the Send an Instant Message window so that my common contacts who are always online show on top.

Is this possible?

I have so many contacts that scrolling through them or typing in each individual name takes so much time that it is almost not worth having MSN.

Does anyone have a solution?

Add your favourite contacts to the 'favourites' group on Windows Live Messenger (by right clicking on them and clicking 'Add to Favourites' and they will be at the top of the contact list

Then to start a conversation, just double click on them in the contact list, theres no need to use the 'send an instant message' window
