Is there any plugin or workaround that works with the latest version of WLM/plus?
I don't use windows media player.

Try using that plug-in. It worked with me even though it is supposed to be for MSN Messenger 7. If that doesnt work, you can use the script Nowplaying by -dt-.

Yes is posible, http://www.winamp.com/plugins/download/144872, this plugin doesn't work in my pc, but Nowplaying work. I recomend you Nowplaying

thanks, although it displays the song information the other way round.
i.e, song - artist instead of the usual artist - song for older versions of wlm.

This can be changed in the Now Playing script from it's settings.
