MPL 4.81.0.358

Is there a way to completely deactivate MPL when logging to a particular account or only activating it when logging to a particular account?

For that specific user in the registry you can edit the start-up path of Windows Live Messenger to look like the following

Keep in mind the user has to be logged in to change this therefore it has to be done in HKEY_CURRENT_USER
