I have this exact same problem I had it installed and everything.then last week it just disappeared for some reason.and now when I reinstall it.it just wont show up or anything.I'm hoping someone can help.cuz this is driving me insane

Ok, ive found the problem, and its the "Kiwee toolbar". Ive uninstalled it, and after i restarted it, i installed the messenger plus! live again. Now it works :)

The Kiwee toolbar is not visible in the add/remove programs. You have to go to program files and delete it :)
