Hello everyone,
I have a question that I can't seem to find the answer to after a lot of searching.  I want to find out if an e-mail address that I know is connected to a windows live messenger account, but I don't want to send a request to add them.  As far as I know, there isn't a way to just do a search for an e-mail address and to find out "yes, this is a registered user" or "no, this user doesn't exist".  Any help would be appreciated.

every hotmail/live/msn address is linked to a windows live messenger account.....all they have to do is sign in with their hotmail username and password

thanks for the reply.  I should have posted more info in the original post, but the e-mail address in question doesn't belong to hotmail/live/msn so that isn't neccessarily the case.
